Very surly caller, and when I said I wasn't interested he told me to "shut up" and then hung up on me. Immediately called back but line just went through a fax machine. Companies shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. COLD CALLING SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW, especially when you have young children sleeping and disturbing them. SOOOO annoying !!! December 11, 2014, 11:15 am Elderly parents just recieved a call from this number going on about solar panels. Then told my mum she was in arrears with her electric/gas bill they needed her bank details. These people need to be stopped & prosecuted. Very rude to my mum shouted then hung up. I did the 1471 & went to fax machine. Does anyone have any advice as to what i can do about these bullys. They're making my mum poorly she jumps out her skin everytime the phone rings. December 11, 2014, 11:34 am Called at 7.40pm & asked to speak to a Mrs Mcfee. Politly told them i never heard of this person & did not live here. Was then given a load of abuse by the caller saying things like "i'm watching you" & "i know where you live" "if i were you i would sleep with one eye open tonight" this really frightend me. I think this company plus the employees are sick nasty individuals. Since then i've had 6 more calls but they hang up when i answer. What can i do about it? Should i report it to the police? Girl said she was calling from R E R colchester and they were doing free solar panels and were offering appointments to visit and assess your home!! . I said I was not interested but she continued trying to flog the panels saying that you make money out of them and it's a government scheme. When I Asked where they got my no from and she just hung up. I can't find an RER Colchester on google. No Way are they a government backed scheme behaving in such a way. Beware!! I tell them all the time not to call again but always the same response, 'this is the first time we have called, I will take your name off the list'. I asked for their address as I was going to send them an invoice for wasting my time. The very impolite lady advised me she did not know the address and to listen to her whilst she was talking. September 3, 2015, 2:11 pm This company has phoned me at least twice a month for the last 4 years claiming to be EYG from Lincoln(on a Manchester number !!), every time i say no sorry i'm not interested but i asked last month to be taken off their database and got a lot of verbal abuse.
