April 15, 2015, 8:44 pm This is "Enterprise Rent-A-Car" calling with a customer satisfaction survey after my recent rental. Wasn't too satisfied so I let them have it. Will use a different car company next time. Person doing survey was polite about it regardless of my complaints. Asked to not be called again and they said they would remove my number. July 21, 2015, 6:34 pm Had a phone call from someone saying they were from Alamo car hire asking for my sister who at present is in USA. Thought it was strange as I live in Scotland & see lives in Cwmbran Wales totally different numbers. When I asked which number she dialled she gave some excuse that it was a touch screen dialling & did not have the number. Same as previous comments 're-dialled number not recognised. September 27, 2017, 6:56 pm I had a mobile call from this number which I couldn't answer. I'd recently rented from Enterprise so imagine it was their customer survey. Extremely bad manners though as there was no message left, just hung up. When I tried to return the call it went dead. Had me worried until I'd read this. |
