March 27, 2015, 7:54 am Car accident claims specialists. They will mention how you got into a non-fault accident with your car 2.5 to 3 years ago. I did get into an accident in that time frame, but it was already settled and the repairs have long been made. Nobody was injured in my case and everyone moved on with their lives. April 7, 2015, 1:37 am Said "Claims Ltd" on the caller ID. Call content was in regards to a non-fault accident they said I had a few years ago which made me eligable for a big settlement claim if I had sustained any injuries. I thought this would be a great idea, but my problem is I was never in any car accident, hahaha. They must be using a random caller or purchased customer phone number list. April 8, 2015, 7:02 am A bunch of scammers pretending to be car accident specialists who want to offer injury settlements by going after insurance companies on your behalf. They claim to be reading your file from an accident database and that you were in an accident 2.5 years ago which is not true in my case, I was surprised someone would call me and claim that. I think the point of these calls in to book appointments with clinics for your injuries and with lawyers who may want retainers while they fake your lawsuit. June 1, 2015, 4:30 pm They said I was in an accident 2.5 years ago. I told them to go ahead and make the claim. They asked me for the details which I replied they just told me I was in an accident so must have them. I then told them that unfortunately I must have suffered amnesia in the accident as I had no recollection of the incident but would take their word for it and go ahead and claim. They hung up.
