They say you were in an accident in the last 2.4 to 4 years and if it was no your fault and you got injured than the insurance company owes you more money, even if you already settled. This is just pipe dream as they want you to pay to visit a clinic to get check out for your injuries and this is how they make the money. I've done my research on this type of caller and they are the same type of caller as the hearing loss injury calls. The point is to get naive people to go to clinics to pay for appointments and make the caller a lot of money. This is how they make money...they don't care about an actual litigation. October 5, 2015, 1:31 am Caller phoned me to tell me that since I had been in an accident that I was eligible for compensation monies for my non-fault injuries in my accident. I was shocked to know why they would say that with such confidence as I have not been in any accidents and don't even own a car. Odd call. I hung up obviously. October 13, 2015, 4:00 am Weird call from a "Motor Investigations" caller. They left a message about calling me back at a later time. Never heard of this caller and will not be returning their call or picking it up if this number calls back. Sounds like a scam or accident compensation scheme offer. Blocking instead. September 6, 2016, 3:42 pm Phone call 06/09/16 claims car accident, that I completed form stating this. Became abusive when I threatened to report him. No accident, no form completed and no driving licence. Have never drive so no insurance. Sick to death of these companies there should be a law against cold calling and definitely against abusive behaviour of these companies employees.
